The design process typically begins with a style exploration to define your overall holiday card design look and feel. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we work with talented illustrators, calligraphers, and local artists to make your holiday card truly one-of-a kind.

THE LOTUS & ASH DIFFERENCE
The Highest Quality Printing: We offer letterpress printing, foil stamping, and professional quality photo printing
Recipient Addressing: All we need is a spreadsheet of your recipients — we’ll take care of the rest!
Assembly and Fulfillment: We will assemble all the pieces (cards, envelopes, liners) and send them via UPS right to your doorstep! All you have to do is seal and send!
TURNAROUND
The design process typically takes 2-3 weeks, and your custom cards may take up to 2 weeks to produce and fulfill.
Rush shipping is available at an additional cost.
2025 Timeline
October 3: Booking Opens
October 15: Early bird pricing ends
October 30: Last day to place custom orders; no exceptions
November 15: Final Designs Approved, including final photos and recipient list.
December 10: All cards mailed or shipped by Lotus and Ash.
PRICING
For all custom orders, there is a design fee and a production fee:
Design Fee - Custom design fee includes all designs and revisions
Early Bird (Until October 15): $650
Standard (October 15 - October 20): $850
Due to the high volume of holiday projects, we unfortunately cannot accommodate custom orders placed after October 30.
Printing and Production - due at time of final approval
Production prices typically fall between $500 and $2500, depending on amount ordered, materials, and printing styles.
