LOTUS & ASH is a dream that's slowly (but surely) coming true. It’s the stationery press & design company that I have developed since 2006 - during my time at university, and now working full-time in Silicon Valley. No matter how it evolves, I hope it can preserve the art of letter writing and bring handtouches to the digital world.

LOTUS: mei lin, my middle name, chosen by my malaysian grandmother, means beautiful lotus flower. the lotus flower is a symbol of new beginnings.

& : the ampersand, my favorite glyph. LOTUS & ASH is all about connections between people and ideas, and the tactile and digital.

ASH : a hark to my irish heritage, my birthday falls under the ash tree of celtic tree mythology. associated with death, ash is a symbolic antonym to the lotus flower.

lotus & ash will take care of you (your event, and your project) from beginning to the end.
